Description
As the Logistics Manager you will:
- Review and optimise logistics operations on a local and international basis
- Benchmark the current supply base (3PL & shipping providers) maintain supply chain efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse and inventory management.
- Review current logistics data, and define KPIs inline with SLAs
- Analyse logistics data to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Lead and support the logistics team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Profile
A successful Logistics Manager should have:
- Design and management of global logistics networks, including 3PLs and shipping providers
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and warehouse management systems.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to manipulate data to provide clarity on operational performance
- Proven in both B2B and B2C (Ecom) channels
