We are seeking an experienced and proactive Logistics Manager to take full responsibility for logistics operations, stock management, and supply chain coordination. This is a key role that requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee complete logistics management, including planning, forecasting, liaising with suppliers, warehouses, transport, and customs.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure availability of products at all times.
  • Work with Marketing to agree sales forecasts and set purchase forecasts in line with manufacturing timescales.
  • Manage supplier and pre-wholesaler relationships to ensure value for money and excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on stock, sales, and supply chain performance.
  • Manage incoming logistics queries via the UK logistics mailbox.
  • Coordinate weekly SAP uploads and monthly rolling forecasts.
  • Collate and file delivery paperwork, including customs documentation, invoices, and certificates of analysis.
  • Liaise closely with Finance on stock quantities, claims, deliveries, and destructions.
  • Present monthly demand review updates to internal and corporate colleagues.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ERP system experience desirable but not essential).

  • Proven track record in logistics and stock management.
  • Previous experience working with ERP systems (advantageous).
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills.
  • A self-starter with a ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to deliver results.
