      <description>Location: Swindon | Salary: &amp;pound;50000 - &amp;pound;70000/annum | Type: Permanent | Copello have partnered with an established engineering business in the recruitment of-an experienced Logistics Manager to lead the setup and operation of a and-new logistics function supporting advanced manufacturing activities in Swindon.  The successful candidate will have proven experience leading logistics, warehouse, or materials operations within a regulated manufacturing sector such as aerospace, defence, automotive, electronics, or medical devices. Experience establishing new facilities or operations from the ground up is highly desirable.   Key requirements include:       Strong warehouse and materials management experience       Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and inventory control       Experience leading and developing operational teams       Understanding of health &amp; safety, continuous improvement, and logistics best practice       Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance     This permanent position offers a competitive salary, bonus, pension, private healthcare, hybrid working, and excellent long-term career development opportunities.
