      <description>Location: Belfast | Salary: &amp;pound;25000 - &amp;pound;38000/annum | Type: Permanent | I am recruiting for various roles-to work in the Logistics/FMCG sector, from supervisors to Field Managers.-  You will work well under pressure-in this very fast-paced, reactive role and be flexible across shifts.-  You will have:    previous experience of managing a field based team across multiple sites   the ability to deal with people and conflict, you will need to be able to think on your feet and come up with solutions to problems   a-good geographical knowledge of the local area   flexibility as you will be required to work-weekends on a rotation basis (usually 1 in 2 with days off in lieu) and must also be available to deal with any major problems/issues outside of the usual 9-5 as and when they arise.   Requirements of the role:    act as a point of contact for you area and your staff   be the face of recruitment for your delivery area - ensuring you are fully staffed and have everything covered   ensure that all work has been allocated and picked up-   set and track KPI''s and productivity   Salaries ranging from -28k - -38k.-&lt;/p</description>
