About the Role
This position is for a Logistics Coordinator with SAP to manage shipping and supply chain tasks in Barrow-in-Furness. The role involves preparing delivery notes, commercial invoices, and customs documentation. You will update SAP records, monitor shipment progress, and collaborate with Warehouse, Quality, and Project teams. Liaising with customers and freight forwarders to guarantee timely movement of goods is central to this contract role, which offers an annual salary of £22,000 to £28,000. Strong SAP proficiency is required, alongside previous experience in logistics or shipping administration. Maintaining accurate records and resolving any logistical issues will be key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Create delivery notes, commercial invoices, and shipping documentation.

Maintain accurate logistics records and reports.
Requirements
Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or shipping administration.
Strong SAP knowledge.
Experience with shipping documentation and delivery paperwork.
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Desirable Experience in manufacturing, import and export processes, or knowledge of Incoterms
