The hours follow a rotating pattern, so flexibility around working times is important.The opportunityThis role centres around keeping freight movements on track from start to finish, making sure everything is lined up correctly for smooth onward movement. You will be involved in organising load activity, maintaining accurate system records, coordinating with internal departments and helping avoid disruption, delay or unnecessary spend.Attention to detail is key, particularly where timings, system updates and operational paperwork are concerned.Responsibilities Coordinate daily freight activity to ensure movements are arranged in line with customer and operational requirementsKeep internal systems updated with accurate movement information and shipment status detailsMake sure vehicle and load activity is prepared in advance to avoid issues at site access pointsCheck all operational paperwork is in place and chase anything outstanding before movement takes placeWork closely with other teams to keep cargo flowing efficiently through the networkMonitor shipment progress and help resolve issues that could affect service or ..... full job details .....
