Logistics Coordinator (Term Time Only)

Our client, a well-established organisation based in Slough, is seeking an organised and efficient Logistics Co-ordinator to support the smooth running of its day-to-day transport and administrative operations. This is a term-time position offering an actual salary of 25,000 to 28,500 per annum, together with a contributory pension scheme and Employee Assistance Programme. This varied role will involve co-ordinating transport arrangements, responding to enquiries and providing wider administrative support within a busy office environment. It would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of operational tasks, can manage changing priorities and is confident communicating with a wide range of people. This position is full-time Term Time only, Monday to Friday (7.30am-4.30pm) + 11 Saturdays per annum (7.30am-12.30pm). Key duties: Co-ordinating daily transport arrangements and ensuring services operate smoothly and efficiently. Responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional and helpful manner. Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases and systems. Producing reports, documentation and other administrative information as required. Liaising with colleagues and service users to resolve queries and communicate changes. Supporting the wider office team with general administrative duties.
