This role supports road freight shipments, express courier movements, customer returns, and import clearance activity, while ensuring full compliance with customs procedures, Incoterms 2020, and relevant regulatory requirements The role also plays an important part in driving process discipline, supporting operational continuity, and providing guidance across import/export activities.
