Logistics and Dispatch Operative (Class 1 HGV)Location: DungannonSalary: £15.00 - £16.50 per hour (dependent on experience, qualifications and suitability)Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm)Holiday Entitlement: 28 days per annumReports To: Operations DirectorAbout the RoleAn established and growing manufacturing business is seeking a dependable, motivated and hands-on Logistics and Dispatch Operative with a Class 1 HGV licence to join its operations team.This is a key position combining warehouse, dispatch, logistics and driving responsibilities. Initially, the role will be primarily focused on warehouse and dispatch support, with approximately 20-30% of time spent on deliveries and collections. As the business expands, there will be increased opportunity for driving duties.The role would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to contribute to a fast-paced, growing operation.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day running of the warehouse, dispatch and loading areasPrepare, check and organise customer orders for dispatchLoad and unload vehicles safely and efficientlyReceive and inspect incoming goods and materialsAssist with stock movement and warehouse organisationCarry out deliveries and collections using Class 1 HGV vehicles as requiredComplete daily vehicle safety checks and report defects promptlyEnsure all transport documentation and delivery paperwork is accurateSecure loads correctly and ..... full job details .....
