The role will manage courier driver rotas, coordinate subcontractor coverage and keep customers, drivers and laboratories informed of collection and delivery arrangements. The post holder will investigate collection queries and service issues, maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system and escalating matters appropriately.The role will support legal and safe operations through driver licence checks, vehicle insurance records and review of fuel reports. It will also arrange hire cars, record holidays and sickness in People HR, and support continuous improvement activity.
