This role is focused on the coordination and review of core fleet and subcontracted transport movements, ensuring accurate reporting, strong customer service, and efficient daily operations. You will play a key role in reviewing transport performance, managing POD processes, and supporting customer and internal stakeholders through effective communication and attention to detail.As a service delivery coordinator, you will be at the forefront of driving customer excellence, and will be positioned for later opportunities to progress into transport planning. Key ResponsibilitiesReview and analyse previous day route schedulesCollate Proof of Delivery (POD) documentationComplete system debriefs, including POD uploadsInvestigate and follow up on any CFX or POD discrepancies and queriesMaintain and update relevant trackers, logs, and reportsEnsure accurate and timely reporting of transport activityProvide customer service support, responding to queries professionally and efficientlyEssential Skills and ExperiencePrevious experience within transport or logistics coordination, exposure to dealing with hauliersStrong communication skills, including phone, email, and Microsoft TeamsProficient in Microsoft O365, particularly Outlook, ..... full job details .....
