This position offers an excellent opportunity to take ownership of shipping, logistics, and delivery coordination within a fast-paced, modern distribution and supply environment. Working closely with production, sales, and senior management, you will play a vital role in streamlining everyday transport operations, ensuring orders and materials reach commercial clients accurately and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Delivery Scheduling & Coordination: Coordinate directly with production teams to schedule transport, manage delivery timelines, and ensure customer deadlines are consistently met.

- Customer & Internal Liaison: Communicate proactively across internal sales and management teams, drivers, and external clients to facilitate smooth, efficient product delivery and maximise daily operational output.

- Logistics Record & Data Management: Maintain detailed shipment records, track delivery schedules, monitor inventory movements, and utilise logistics systems to maintain data accuracy.

- Safety & Operational Compliance: Ensure all site procedures, transport safety protocols, and company policies are strictly adhered to, promoting a safe working environment at all times.

Candidate Requirements

- Background in shipping, transport, warehousing, or operational logistics preferred.

- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer literacy and confidence using transport, shipping, or inventory management systems.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to liaise effectively with customers, drivers, and internal teams.

- A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn key product ranges and processes.
