What you''ll be doing Owning consignments end to end, from dispatch through to customer delivery Tracking shipments and managing exceptions, making sure everything is logged, communicated, and followed up Building strong partnerships with carriers and suppliers Working closely with internal teams: sales, warehouse, IT, and accounts Helping establish SLAs with internal stakeholders Preparing shipping and basic customs documentation Supporting the wider logistics team day to day What we''re looking for Strong analytical skills, confident using data to spot problems and solve them Strong Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots; macros/VBA a bonus) Comfortable with freight costs and KPI reporting Organised, detail driven, and able to juggle multiple tasks A clear communicator, confident at all levels Proactive, happy with autonomy, and enjoys ..... full job details .....
