Logistics Coordinator

Located in Central London, our client is looking for a Logistics Coordinator. Must have at least 5 years experience and ideally-a driving license as occasional visits to a warehouse to supervise the loading of Sea Freight Containers

This is a 2 year contract and salary is NEG, the role is hybrid and there will be some UK travel

Duties Include:

Launch freight forwarders tenders and analyse offers
Monitor deliveries from suppliers to freight forwarders
Organise and follow up on inspections and shipments
Review and control shipping documentation (invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, etc.)
Issue Certificates of Origin
Manage supplier invoicing
Update internal and project databases
Coordinate with Projects teams at destination
Monitor maintenance activities and outstanding issues (snagging / punch list follow-up)
Act as an interface with the Finance Department

Must have Export Sea Freight Knowledge
