Logistics Coordinator

Hales Group are partnering with a leading manufacturer for the medical industry. We are currently recruiting for a detail-oriented and organised Logistics Co-ordinator to join their Logistics team. Salary - £29,500 Per annumLocation - Near Eye, SuffolkHours - Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pmType: Permanent, full time Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, you will play a key role in coordinating export shipments while also supporting the UK Logistics team as required, including providing cover during periods of annual leave. Key Responsibilities Monitor the shared Logistics inbox and respond to customer enquiries, alongside managing a personal email inbox. Generate packing lists and commercial invoices, ensuring they are sent promptly to customers and freight forwarders. Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls professionally. Obtain freight quotations for customer enquiries and live orders. Arrange collections for export shipments. Liaise with the Production team to provide customers with accurate delivery updates. Produce weekly customer reports where required. Coordinate container collections when necessary. Provide support to the wider Logistics team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the department. ..... full job details .....
