Plan logistics schedules with operations teams, site supervisors and transport providers. Manage transport documentation including permits, route plans and lifting schedules. Monitor and track crane movements using logistics and GPS systems. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, delivery times and maintenance schedules. Respond to logistics issues, delays and changing site requirements. Support procurement and inventory management for crane parts and accessories.
