Key responsibilities include:Planning and optimising daily delivery routes using a route planning system Communicating delivery times to customers ahead of dispatch Liaising with customers to arrange suitable delivery windows Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure vehicles are loaded and dispatched on time Managing delivery changes, cancellations and reschedules Acting as the main point of contact for drivers and resolving any delivery issues during the day The PersonExperience in a transport, logistics or delivery coordination role Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal Good knowledge of UK geography and route planning About ElevationElevation Recruitment Group is a specialist recruitment consultancy that helps people build long-term, successful careers.
