Plan, book, and manage domestic deliveries (parcel, pallet networks, LTL/FTL) from warehouse to customer/DC. Coordinate daily dispatch priorities with warehouse operations to meet ship windows and customer requirements. Book freight with forwarders and carriers; select modes and services aligned to required lead times and cost. Prepare and validate relevant documentation in alignment with company compliance and domestic/international laws. Coordinate with customs brokers and forwarders to minimise and resolve hold and clearance delays. Track shipment milestones and proactively manage exceptions.
