Join our growing team as a Logistics Coordinator, managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods across the UK, Europe, and beyond. You''ll work closely with warehouse, planning, and customer service teams to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) deliveries, accurate stock records, and cost-efficient transport solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily UK & international transport operations
Negotiate with carriers to reduce costs and consolidate shipments
Optimise delivery routes and maximise vehicle usage
Monitor KPIs and service level agreements (SLAs)
Schedule collections and deliveries, liaising with suppliers and customers
Maintain shipment data and stock accuracy in ERP (NetSuite)
Prepare export/shipping documentation and track deliveries
About You
Logistics, transport planning, or supply chain experience
Strong ERP skills (NetSuite preferred)
Confident negotiator with analytical & reporting ability
Excellent communicator, organised, and results-driven
Knowledge of UK, European & worldwide transport systems
