The Opportunity: As a Logistics Coordinator you''ll play a key role in: Coordinating international import and export shipments, ensuring products reach their destinations efficiently and on schedule. Preparing shipping documentation, supporting customs clearance and ensuring compliance with relevant trade regulations and Incoterms. Liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, hauliers, suppliers and internal teams to maintain excellent service levels. Monitoring shipment schedules, resolving delivery challenges and maintaining accurate logistics records and systems. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, manage costs and support the movement of high-volume, time-sensitive FMCG products.
