The role specifically involves: Daily inventory/stock check of all paints and solvents (inc 2nd tier supplier). Oversee stock rotation Ordering of all company materials used on site against forecasts (SAP and DBI). Liaise daily with Logistics and manufacturing sites to ensure on time deliveries (within established on site delivery slots). Ensure 100% of the time the site is furnished with products to ensure zero line stops attributable to PPM. Establish and co-ordinate emergency response plans in relation to any potential material supply shortfall. Daily/weekly liaison with Paint Shop and Manufacturing representatives to monitor planning, production and delivery forecasts. Prepare, analyse and present all paint usage reports and graphs including V.O.C. reports. Maintain all paint material receiving records.
