This role plays a key part in supporting logistics across the UK and Europe, while also working closely with the finance department to ensure smooth internal processes.Responsibilities

Coordinating import and export shipments across the UK and EuropeManaging all documentation and compliance related to logisticsLiaising with couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveriesSupporting the finance team with billing, invoicing, and expense trackingHandling engineer travel bookings and accommodation arrangementsMonitoring and reconciling engineer expenses and ensuring accurate recordsQualifications

Proven experience in logistics administration, especially import/exportStrong understanding of UK and European shipping regulationsConfident working with numbers and supporting finance processesExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailComfortable juggling multiple tasks and working to deadlinesA team player with great communication skillsWhy Apply
