Logistics Co-ordinator Import/Export Freight Location: Glasgow Salary: £28,000 £32,000 depending on experience Hours: Full-time, Monday Friday, 9am 5pm Hybrid working available Dunwall Partners are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent freight forwarder that moves cargo by sea, air, road and rail for customers across food and drink, retail, engineering and energy. With a global network of overseas partners and a friendly, experienced Operations team, they re looking for a Logistics Co-ordinator to take ownership of shipments from booking through to final delivery. The Role: You''ll be responsible for coordinating international shipments and ensuring everything runs smoothly, accurately and on schedule. Your responsibilities will include: • Coordinating international shipments from booking through to final delivery • Liaising with customers, carriers, suppliers and overseas partners • Preparing and checking shipping and customs documentation • Supporting customs clearance and ensuring compliance • Identifying and resolving issues while keeping customers updated • Managing multiple shipments and deadlines using the company s in-house systems, with full training provided About You We''re looking for someone with practical experience coordinating the movement of goods within freight forwarding, shipping, transport, customs or a similar logistics environment.
