This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced supply chain team and play a key role in ensuring the efficient movement of goods across the UK and international markets.Your new role As Logistics Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:Planning and coordinating third-party transport requirementsEnsuring the timely and cost-effective movement of productsManage relationships with haulage providersMonitor transport performanceCoordinate delivery schedules and resolve any logistics issues that ariseYou will also play an important role in:Customs complianceManaging TSS requirementsBonded movementsHMRC customs processesWhat you''ll need to succeed Recent experience within a logistics, transport planning or supply chain environmentExperience coordinating third-party haulage and transport providersKnowledge of customs procedures, TSS requirements and customs complianceExperience managing bonded goods movements and HMRC processesUnderstanding of import and export operationsStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to prioritise workloads and manage multiple deadlinesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCompetent user of Microsoft Excel and logistics or transport management systemsExperience within FMCG, wholesale, distribution or a similar fast-paced environment would be ..... full job details .....
