This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous logistics, transport, warehouse administration, or supply chain experience who is looking for a fast-paced and varied role. Working within a busy warehouse office environment, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of deliveries, customer orders, and transport operations while acting as a central point of communication between drivers, customers, suppliers, and warehouse teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinating inbound and outbound deliveriesBooking transport and scheduling deliveriesMonitoring shipment progress and resolving delivery issuesLiaising with customers, suppliers, drivers, and warehouse personnelManaging customer accounts and maintaining strong relationshipsProcessing and maintaining accurate logistics documentationRaising invoices and updating internal systemsMonitoring stock and inventory recordsWelcoming drivers on arrival and directing them appropriatelySupporting continuous improvements within logistics operationsKey Requirements The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience within logistics, transport, warehouse administration, or supply chain operationsStrong organisational and time management skillsExcellent communication ..... full job details .....
