We are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Logistics Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse team. The role is hands-on and varied, with a strong focus on locating, handling, and organising stock accurately to support the smooth flow of goods to the manufacturing lines. The role is extremely active, so ability to climb and descend stairs is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Locating and retrieving stock in the warehouse with accuracy and efficiency
- Checking, labelling, and organising goods to ensure stock integrity
- Supporting stock control through cycle counts and inventory checks
- Assisting colleagues and supervisors with other general warehouse duties as required
About You:
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable, but not essential - full training will be provided
