Systems and Warehouse Planning Admin (7 month FTC)- Luton (on-site)- Up to £35k pro-rataPod Talent is proud to be partnering with a rapidly growing furniture business, who are looking for a Warehouse Admin to join their innovative and sustainable team in Luton on a fixed term contract basis. There is a strong chance of this role coming permanent for the right candidate! This business is dedicated to sustainability and creating a modern flair to classic home staples so if you are just as creative as they are, they would love to see you join!In this role, you will be: Processing orders, raising POs and invoicesCoordinate the stock transfer and movement of goods from the Middle East, EU and UKPlan logistics and transport routes from the warehouseProactively analyse the data to problem solve and improve processes In order to be successful, we would love to see: Prior experience in a similar logistics/ operations/ warehouse roleGood knowledge of customsA strong desire to grow and develop and learn new skills, a proactive attitudeProven experience in problem solving and strong attention to detailGreat organisational skillsGood Excel skills (v-lookups/ pivot tables), and experience with an ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply!This role does NOT offer ..... full job details .....
