This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the efficient, accurate, and safe handling of all goods in and out of the business, including customer returns and shipping activities. You will play a key role in developing best-in-class logistics practices, managing internal teams and third-party logistics providers, and ensuring full operational and commercial control of both internal and off-site warehousing.This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on operational efficiency, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction, while contributing to the company s financial and strategic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Oversee all goods-in and goods-out processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with quality standards.Manage the packing and dispatch of spare parts, ensuring high levels of customer service.Coordinate the handling and resolution of customer returns in collaboration with internal departments.Lead stock control activities including stock takes, cycle counts, and reconciliation investigations.Work closely with the Finance team to monitor ..... full job details .....
