Logistics and Operations Coordinator - Import/Export

Northwood Permanent Monday Friday Are you experienced in logistics, shipping, import/export or supply chain operations and looking for a varied role where you can take ownership of orders from start to finish? We are recruiting for an established international export business based in Northwood, looking for an organised and proactive Logistics and Operations Coordinator to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you''ll coordinate customer orders, suppliers, freight forwarders and deliveries, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial order through to completion. What you''ll be doing Managing customer orders from start to finish Coordinating shipments and deliveries Liaising with multiple suppliers and freight forwarders Managing relationships with approximately suppliers Monitoring orders and ensuring deadlines are met Resolving supplier, shipment and delivery issues Maintaining accurate logistics and order documentation Supporting international import/export operations Creating and processing customer invoices Completing basic daily bookkeeping Keeping internal systems and records accurate and up to date Providing wider operational and administrative support when required What we''re looking for You''ll ideally have previous experience within: Logistics or shipping Import/export Supply chain Order processing Operations coordination Freight or distribution Supplier/vendor management You''ll need to be highly organised, confident managing multiple priorities ..... full job details .....
