Logistics and Enablement Support

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a Logistics and Enablement Support on an initial 12-month contract. As the Logistics and Enablement Support, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics and enablement activities, supporting the delivery of business support projects, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure operational requirements are effectively implemented across demonstrator build programmes.Role: Logistics and Enablement Support Pay: 34.72 per hour Via Umbrella Location: Broughton Contract: Monday - Friday 35 hours per week, 12 months IR35 Status: Inside Security Clearance: BPSSResponsibilitiesEnsure the efficient running of the Enablement system for People, Machines, Materials, Methods and MeasurementEnsure designated area of work is prepared to enable implementation of build demandSet up Service level agreements with internal and external service providersRaise orders on Click and Buy and ensure immediate goods receipt on deliverySupports and deploys all project management processesSets up and coordinates dedicated desktop management activities on the google shared drive.Develops and manages the project and manufacturing planning activities at all levels utilising relevant planning tools / techniquesDevelops, deploys and manages the project reporting system, including the team KPI''sEnsures all supporting processes are in place to enable the project and manufacturing teamsMaintains the management review system for all work streams ..... full job details .....
