This is a key role responsible for coordinating daily transport operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong communication with drivers and customers. Key Responsibilities: Planning and scheduling vehicle routes efficiently. Liaising with drivers throughout the day to ensure timely deliveries and collections. Communicating with customers regarding delivery schedules, updates, and any operational issues. Monitoring transport activities and resolving any service disruptions. Maintaining accurate transport records and system updates. Ensuring compliance with company procedures and transport regulations.
