Assist with receiving, checking, and processing deliveries to ensure correct items and quantities are recorded. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring labels and documentation are accurate. Maintain clear and up-to-date records of stock movements and relevant logistics activity. Contribute to safe warehouse operations by following health and safety procedures at all times. Help keep work areas organised, clean, and compliant with site standards. Support stock control activities, including basic cycle counts and locating items as required. Escalate discrepancies, damaged goods, or process issues to the appropriate team member promptly. Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service levels and resolve operational queries. Required Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (or demonstrable transferable experience).
