What to expect as a Logistics Agent:As a Logistics Agent, you''ll play an important part in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Working alongside the wider logistics team, you''ll help coordinate drivers, support customers and make sure everything stays safe, compliant and on schedule.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Monitoring drivers'' hours and supporting transport complianceProviding helpful, professional customer supportAssisting with health and safety and operational proceduresCompleting general logistics administration and maintaining accurate recordsSupporting drivers and colleagues with day-to-day queriesHelping the team keep operations organised, compliant and running efficientlyShift Pattern: Monday-Friday (08:30-16:30) during training, transitioning to Tuesday-Saturday (12:00-20:00) thereafter.
