Job Title: Logistics AdministratorLocation: Didcot Quarter (Near Milton Park) AbingdonSalary: £27,000 - £29,000 per annumJob Type: Full time, PermanentThe Role:We are looking for an attentive and customer focused individual to join our Administration team and support the smooth running of our Logistics operation.To be successful in this role you will be confident learning new processes and ensuring these are followed. You will be motivated by providing a quality service to both customers and colleagues, be able to prioritise your workload and reprioritise when urgent issues arise. Full training will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Schedule deliveries to distribute workflow throughout the dayDaily communication with customers and their suppliersProduce labels, picking lists and other documentation for stock movementsProcess customs documentationKey Requirements:Administration experience and excellent levels of attention to detailCustomer focussed attitudeGood general IT skillsA good command of the English languageThe Company:Simon Hegele provide specialist logistics support to leading medical imaging manufacturers.
