This is a fast-paced, communication-heavy role working closely with 3PL providers, warehouse teams, customers and internal stakeholders to ensure goods are picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time. The Role Coordinate goods collection, outbound shipping and cross-docking Liaise with 3PL partners regarding pickups, ETAs and delivery updates Maintain shipping logs, proof of delivery (POD) and tracking records Monitor inbound / outbound POs and project stock levels Maintain accurate warehouse and logistics documentation Support domestic and international shipments and associated documentation Investigate delivery issues, delays and discrepancies and drive them through to resolution Escalate operational issues where required The Person Previous logistics, warehouse administration or supply chain coordination experience is essential Good w...
