Logistics Administrator
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Logistics and Administration Support professional to join our team. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders, supporting logistics operations, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.As one of the key points of contact for customers, you will play an important role in maintaining high service standards, supporting lead-time targets, and ensuring daily operational activities are completed accurately and efficiently.Process all incoming customer equipment and orders accurately and efficiently.Manage administration processes for both incoming and outgoing goods.Book customer equipment into SAP/PAS systems.Ensure customer orders are processed in line with operational targets and agreed lead times.Coordinate collections and deliveries of customer equipment.Liaise with external logistics partners and colleagues at other company locations.Support customs processes and procedures where required.Respond professionally to customer enquiries and provide timely updates on orders.Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.Maintain accurate customer records within SAP, CRM, and related systems.Support customer service improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive customer experience.Foster a zero-error culture, ensuring all customer work is processed accurately and professionally.Maintain and update customer ..... full job details .....
