We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join a fast-paced FMCG environment in Maidstone. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning and coordination of operational activities.Client DetailsThis opportunity is with a medium-sized company operating in the FMCG industry. The organisation is known for its efficient operations and commitment to delivering high-quality products to its customers.DescriptionRaising all Batch Documents in agreed timescales to meet operation deadlines. Check for any Dynamic formulation products.Prepare Customer Sample Batch Documents, DF check, and write off raw material after completion of job.Finished goods to be booked into system after completion to enable goods to be dispatchedProvide the Loading instructions and Spec labels as part of the batch documentSupport/Cover daily planning of the production/packing programs as and when requiredDealing with allocation or document queries and authorising batch changes for Production/WarehouseMinimising plan changes wherever possible by working closely with production Team Leaders to match workload with resourceParticipation in meetings as requestedProfileA successful Logistics Administrator should have:Previous experience in a similar role as a Logistics Administrator within the FMCG industry.Strong organisational and time management skills.Proficiency in using planning tools and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal ..... full job details .....
