This is a varied role focused on working directly with logistics carriers and transport providers to investigate delivery issues, resolve problems and keep orders moving. The Role You will be responsible for: Liaising with logistics carriers and transport providers to investigate failed, delayed, damaged or missing deliveries. Arranging re-deliveries and progressing claims where required. Investigating delivery discrepancies and following issues through to resolution. Maintaining accurate records, reports and spreadsheets. Managing proof of delivery information and supporting invoicing queries. Working with internal teams, customers and external logistics partners to resolve delivery issues.
