This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to support the smooth running of transport, logistics, and supply chain activities.The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate records, liaising with customers and suppliers, and providing administrative support to ensure operational efficiency.Your New RoleCoordinating and monitoring shipments, deliveries, and collections.Processing transport documentation and maintaining accurate records.Liaising with customers, suppliers, drivers, and internal departments.Tracking orders and providing updates on delivery schedules.Raising purchase orders and processing invoices where required.Managing logistics queries and resolving issues promptly.Updating and maintaining ERP, transport, or warehouse management systems.Producing reports and ensuring data accuracy.Supporting stock control and inventory administration.Ensuring compliance with company procedures and transport regulations.Providing general administrative support to the operations team.What You''ll Need to SucceedPrevious experience within a logistics, transport, supply chain, distribution, or administrative environment.Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Good working knowledge ..... full job details .....
