This is a full-time, 12-month contract role covering a maternity leave. After 12 months it is anticipated the role will become part time - 3 days per week 25 hours - however this is subject to change and the role could extend a full time - all subject to workload. General office hours Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00. Further information is given below but we are looking for a minimum of 3 years prior working experience as an Office Administrator or within administration roles - including time spent within invoice processing, document preparation, file maintenance and goods out logistics. Prior logistics experience is required and it woudl be advantageous if candidates can use SAP -but trainign will be given.
