The Role

As a Logistics Administrator, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient administration and tracking of customer assets throughout the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Booking customer assets in and out using internal systems
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating databases
  • Liaising with customers, internal departments and third-party couriers
  • Processing deliveries and checking goods against purchase orders and supporting documentation
  • Responding to enquiries and resolving queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting the wider logistics and operations team with administrative duties
  • Ensuring quality and health & safety procedures are followed at all times


About You

To be successful in this role, you''ll have:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Basic to intermediate IT skills and confidence using computer systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and develop
  • The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
