Acting as a key link between warehouse and internal teams, you''ll help maintain accurate records, coordinate communications and support the smooth running of logistics processes. LOGISTICS ADMIN ASSISTANT ROLE: Acting as a central point of coordination between the warehouse and internal departments Gathering, maintaining and verifying information relating to inbound and outbound stock movements Chasing internal teams for updates and required information to ensure deadlines are met Analysing and manipulating data to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records Using Excel to track, report and manage logistics information Supporting system administration across Shopify and Mintsoft Proactively identifying and escalating issues or inconsistencies Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Logistics and Operations team as required LOGISTICS ADMIN ASSISTANT ESSENTIALS: Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large volumes of data Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively Proactive in following up actions and resolving ..... full job details .....
