Logistics Operative – Thriplow

Location: Thriplow, Cambridgeshire
Pay Rate: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Logistics Operative to join a well-established business based in Thriplow, Cambridgeshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous logistics, warehouse or goods-in/goods-out experience who enjoys working in a busy, hands-on environment.

Our client is looking for an organised and motivated individual who can support the smooth running of daily logistics operations.

Due to the rural location in Thriplow, candidates must hold a valid driving licence and have their own transport.

• Receiving, checking and processing incoming deliveries.

• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch.

• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.

• Organising stock and maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Supporting the movement of goods and materials around the site.

• Preparing orders and ensuring deliveries are dispatched on time.

• Working closely with warehouse and production teams.

• Completing relevant paperwork and stock documentation.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

• Following all health and safety procedures.

• Assisting with general logistics and warehouse duties.

• Previous experience in logistics, warehousing or a similar environment.

• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Good communication skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Forklift experience would be advantageous.

• £13.00 – £15.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Monday to Friday working hours.

• 7:30am – 5:00pm.
