Job Description

Due to increased business growth an opportunity has arisen for a Call Handler to join our operations team at our FM centre in Bury.

Your Role

To plan and route engineers by job prioritisation efficiently.Maximising productivity by minimising travel.To advise our customers of the estimated time of arrival of the engineerTo work within our service level agreementsAnswer calls promptly and professionally

The Successful Candidate

Must have previous experience working in a similar rolePrevious geographical routing experienceGood communicator, with excellent verbal communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailGood level of computer literacyHave the ability to multi task and juggle last minute changesFamiliarity with call-handling software
