They have a hybrid working model, you will be required to work from the office 2 days per week. The caseload is usually between 10 - 12 carers and they will be located in Wiltshire. You must be a driver and have access to a car to be eligible for this role. The role is autonomous and you can organise your own schedule.This role is to provide cover while they recruit permanently, but the agency would also be very happy to consider someone who may be interested in transitioning into a permanent role longer term.Responsibilities of the Locum Supervising social worker:Offering monthly support and supervision to foster carersUpdating assessments of current carers Being part of the OOH call system - this will be paid additionallyRequirements:Must be a driver and have access to own carMust have recent experience working as a fostering social worker, either within local authority or IFAPlease send your CV over to (url removed) ..... full job details .....
