NonStop''s client, based in the East Midlands, is looking for a locum Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a temporary basis.

Benefits:

• Home working with only 1 day in office
• Small caseload of around 6-7
• No Form F''s
• No Out of Hours
• Option to go permanent with the team
• 3 month contract
• ASAP interview and start
• Good Ofsted

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and train foster carers
• Manage a caseload in the East Midlands area
• Build lasting and positive relationships in order to provide the best outcome for children

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driver
• Knowledge of relevant legislation
• Experience working within fostering
