Locum Senior Commercial Property Lawyer - Full Time - Hybrid Working - Up to £60 per hour umbrella - South East Local Authority Venn Group''s specialist legal team are currently recruiting for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well-regarded Local Authority on an interim basis, offering an exciting opportunity to support a busy and established Local Government legal team.Role Details:Position: Locum Senior Commercial Property LawyerWorking Arrangement: Full Time, monthly office attendance Duration: Initial 3+ months with the possibility for extensionRate: Up to £60 per hour umbrellaKey Responsibilities:Drafting, negotiating, and completing commercial leases with charities with complex service change and rent review arrangements for a newly refurbished multi-let buildingsDeal with reports on title for registered and unregistered propertyHandle high-value purchases of commercial propertiesDeal with leases of reversion with complex rent arrangementsManage wayleaves, licences to alter (major and minor works), deeds of dedication, deeds of covenant and easementsCandidate Requirements:Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive (or equivalent) with experience of Commercial Property LawExperience working within Local Government or the Public Sector is highly desirableStrong drafting and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders and teamsJob Reference: J95219For further information or to apply for the ..... full job details .....
