We are currently seeking Locum Residential Property Solicitors, Conveyancers and Fee Earners to support our clients and their busy property teams. Key Responsibilities: Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion. Handle sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages. Liaise with clients, agents and third parties providing regular updates and maintaining high client care standards. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and firm procedures. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with demonstrable residential conveyancing experience.
