Locum Property Lawyer - 10-18 hours per week - Remote Working - Up to £55 per hour (Umbrella) - Initial 3+ months Venn Group''s specialist legal team is currently recruiting for a Locum Property Lawyer to join a well-regarded Local Authority on an interim basis. This fully remote opportunity offers excellent flexibility and the chance to work within a supportive and friendly legal team.Key Details:Hours: 10-18 hours per weekRate: Up to £55 per hour UmbrellaWorking Arrangement: Fully remote workingContract Length: Initial 3+ months, with likely extensionsKey Responsibilities:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of property agreements, including leases for football clubs and industrial premisesManaging and advising on a suite of leases connected to development projects and regeneration schemesProviding legal support and guidance on Right to Buy matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislationPreparing and advising on licences to occupy and other ancillary property documentationDrafting and negotiating wayleave agreements and easementsDelivering pragmatic and commercially focused property law advice to officers and stakeholdersSupporting the wider legal team with a range of local authority property matters as requiredRequirements:Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive (or equivalent) with experience of Commercial LawExperience working within Local Government or the Public Sector is desirableAbility to work independently and communicate effectively with ..... full job details .....
