What We’re Looking For: Proficiency in all core Practice Nurse services, including health checks, cervical screening (smears), dressings, wound management, immunisations, and travel vaccinations. A strong track record in achieving high QOF standards, with familiarity using the Ardens Template preferred. At leas one Long-Term Conditions such as Asthma/ COPD/  Diabetes, OR Hypertension. Rates can be flexible depending on experience Role Details: Available - Monday - Friday (Looking for Any days )  Start date:  ASAP  (earlier start may be possible).
